In Word 2000, I need to save an HTML file to Word.  If I open a web page, of
course, Word is able to include all the images as it resolves the links to
external image files.  My objective is to save that web page in Word format
and have the resulting document include the image files ...

 I have very complicated Word 2000/2002 documents, sometimes multilingual
(us, cs, jp languages). When I convert it to RTF (via "Save as..." command)
I get RTF which contains errors - mostly in styles. Sometimes this RTF could
