I have an old file backup under windows 95.  The
application was IBM writing Assistant Version 2.00.  The
file extention as far as I can determine is .bkf.  The old
file is a data file with cementary info on it and I would

I created a pdf with a Word (2002) document that contains hyperlinks, but
the links don't don't work.  The file is a listing of email addresses ...
nothing special.  Is there something special I should be doing?

I have hyperlinks and footnotes in my Word 2000 document.  
I'm printing to 6.0 and Distiller, but the hyperlinks (and
possibly links made by the footnotes) don't remain.  How
can I get them to?  Thanks!

I am a novelist with a six-months-old new HP PAVILION
A250N.  WORD came with it.  I have two major problems:
1) I save my back-up document to E (CD,DVD) but when I
callb it up in Word I cannot use the GO TO (page) or FIND
