I seem to be experiencing an issue in Word 2003 on a
Windows 2000 App server, with the caps lock on and off.
When I turn the caps lock on and then press shift and
type a letter then continue typing without shift I see

I AM SCANNING A DOCUMENT INTO MICROSOFT DOCUMENT IMAGING.
WHEN I SEND IT TO WORD IT LOSSES ITS FORMAT AND IS
CORRUPTED.  HOW CAN I KEEP THE SCANNED DOCUMENT THE SAME
AS THE ORIGINAL.

I was wondering if anyone could help, I am trying to open a word 97 document
in office XP but for some reason I am losing the formating of the document,
I have checked to make sure that the conversion file is installed on my
computer and it seems to be there.

When I import Word 98 documents to my Word 95, they do
not format properly. Highlighted areas on Word 98 are
missing. Quote marks disappear. Apostrophes are distorted.
Is there anything I can do about this?
