originally created in Word '97.  Upon opening in Word 2003 and saving the
doc, the size of the document tripled!  In addition, I am no longer able copy

I'm preparing a template with the font Lucida sans unicode but the template
is going to be used by several mac users, so the font should be converted
there to Lucida Grande.
Does this happen automatically or can I prepare a setting somewhere for this?

I'm working with the doc files and needs to extract the images from the
doc files and, after some editing to the images, then put it back on
the data stream.
I can see the pictures lying in the data stream and able to extract it

Here is a strange Word2003 behaviour:
-Create a document that is 55cm long (longest word allowed)
-Fill it with text or anything you want
-Copy the document in the clipboard

For this i am using Text converters that come with MS Word
installation(*.cnv, *.wpc). But for some of the documents the converter
