I have word document with a table full of addresses and I wanted to convert
this to an Access file without having to edit each address.  Any
suggestions?

In Windows XP, I do not see the Convert to Adobe PDF buttons in the Microsoft
applications (WORD). I have version adobe Acrobat 6.0.

I want to print to an A4 paper,
by splitting it to 4, 6 or any area that fits my document.
How can I do that ?

I have a Word doc that I want to insert either a character or blank line
in every 4 lines. I would in other words like to add that text or blank
line as a new line every 4 lines.
Anyone know how to do this? I would like to do it in Word but would try

I scanned a three column document to Word. 13 pages. The text consists
of multiple addresses. There are approximately 250 addresses. I would
like to print labels of the addresses. Is there a way for me to to
enter this info into Excel to set up a mail merge without having to
