How do I make Microsoft Word 2007 to used only doc format as default?
At this time, all the Word 2007 default format is docx.

Documents made in Word 2003 and actually having differences in Word 2007.
Not using docx, just doc. Section breaks are appearing in slighly different
locations with a doc saved in Word 2007, and then opened in Word 2003. Are
they actually not compatible?

I have received a document in PDF format, and with Adobe Acrobat 8
standard, coverted it to a Word Document.
The resultant Document is, however, hanging my laptop when I try to
open it in Word 2003.

detects that it is XML and attempts to parse and, since the document
is large (5 Mb) it chokes on it. Is there a way to switch off the
