I'm using Word and Excel 2002. I have used the mail merge feature many times
but this is the first time I've run into this problem.
I create the merge document, choose the recipients and then when I preview
the letter the merged information is in a different, larger font and bold. ...

Have searched and found no solution to my problem.
For some time we've had issues with track changes/compare not working

word 2002 . I select text which I would like to form into columns. instead
the whole document is formed into colums. this text happens to be in a table

the "sections" button is not highlighted to be able to protect a section of a
document.  Any way i can get this button to highlight so i can use it?

Using recently uprgade Word 2003 from Word XP,
New Documents cannot be reformatted from default template.
Because Page Setup under file menu is grayed out-nonfunctioning.
(Existing documents created with Word XP don't have this problem)
