I am using Word 2000 in Office 2000 SR1.  The toolbar has vanished.  How can
I get it back?  As it is not there I cannot click on View to open the toolbar.

I've deleted a module from my normal.dot file which contained some
macro code I spent some time creating.  I don't think there would be
any way to recover this, but before I start again, is there anyone out

When I apply bold or italic formatting to a word, word applies it to the
