What is it about word that makes the normal.dot so easily corruptable?  Is it
a problem with word or an outside  source?  One of the accounting software
packages we use causes us to have to delete the normal.dot file more within
the last month than I have ever had to since I ...

I have Word 2000.  My Menu Bar and Standard toolbars have disappeared.  I
have tried everything to get them back. I have even tried removing Word and
reinstalling and nothing works.

Help on menus used to be available with something like Help-Contents-Menus,
but that has been taken away. This has made getting help much more difficult.
Usually, I'm trying to find out what a menu does, or what the options do on
the dialog box that pops up.

I was typing a document using Microsoft Works Word Processor when I was

I have a table of contents that has one entry that is more than one line.  I
cannot figure out how to make the second line of the entry have the leader
periods and be right justified with the page number?
