I can only open one document at a time. When I open try to open a second file it closes the one that was open and saves it. This wasn't happening before today. I installed the Service Pack 2 this morning, could that have something to do with it?

Does anyone know how to use the "&" sign in the drop downs where it will show once selected on the final form? I have tried to add & it is showing but when I select it I never appears.

How do I get rid of show/hide formatting marks in a word document? We have documents that this feature was chosen and saved and now we cannot turn it off. I have tried Tools > Options > View under Formatting Marks, "All" is not checked but the formatting marks are still showing ...

I have a user that has lost the borders in Office 2003. If I delete her profile and create a new one, she has border again. After a few days the borders were gone again. This morning they were back, then disapeared again. What's going on? Any ideas?

My footnotes sometimes move up on the page, toward the middle of the page. The justification is set to Top of Page and the footnotes will fall back into place if I change this -- however, the rest of the text will also change position. Is this a glitch that can be fixed?
