Hi, I have a technical document which is a mixture of English, formatted in
various style, and Java code which always appears in a style I've created
myself called "Code".
I only want to spell-check the areas of the document which are not in the

All of a sudden, MS Word does not ask me if I want to save changes; hence
removes the security issue from closing a document too quickly.  Help!!  My
co-worker just indicated that the same thing has happened to her!

I think i made a little mistake...
I have 52 different word documents, that is placed on a Sharepoint network.
In those 52 docu's, i hyperlink to different other docu's on the Sharepoint
network.

I have create a Table of Content and the first line in the table has been
duplicated. I can't figure out what has caused this. I have even deleted the
heading and repalced it and updated the table, and there is still a duplicate
of the first line.

I have a custom menu that invokes macros.  Is it possible to "disable" some
of the menu and submenu items, without deleting the underlying macro and
removing the menu item?

when installing ms office 2000 professional, i got the error message 1305
that the PFiles\MSOffice\Office\MDHELPER.DLL.  wanted me to verify that the
file existed and i could access it.  

I have a form that I want to force everyone to save when they have finished.  
How can I disable the "Cancel" button so that it will not work for this form?

I want to use the organizational chart function to draw a chart which would
include paragraphs of text in each shape box.  I can't seem to edit the text
capacity of these shapes.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

i have recently had to restore my system.  when i try to get to word, it asks
for the code number.  the product number on my disk sleeve is not the same

full version by buying key online, but keep getting Server Error '/'
Application Run Time Error. What am I supposed to do now ? Thank you in

"HTML Source" is greyed out in my View menu in Word 2000 - with any and all
documents. The problem may (or may not) have started when I installed the
latest critical updates. Perhaps I have to do something to enable the HTML
editor, but I have not been able to find a way to do ...

i have ahd Office 2003 installed for some time now. I just recently noticed
that the shortcut for Opening and creating a new document, that usually is in
the start menu is not there and never was. How can I get that in the Start
Menu so I can use the templates built with in WORD ...
