How can i close a document in word without word itself closing. If I use the
x in the right hand corner of the document, not the programme title bar the
whole programme closes.  This is really annoying if I have opened the wrong
document and then want to open another!

I have just had a new computer built and would like to copy my custom
dictionary to Word as I have an extensive medical vocabulary listed.  Is this
possible or do I have to re-enter everything as I go again on the new

After I start and outline and hit the enter key, the next list item (A, B, C)
does not appear.  I have to go back to BULLETS->OUTLINES-> etc. in order to
get the list label to show up.  How do I get this to occur automatically when

I have downloaded and installed Service Pack 3 which has not fixed the
winword.exe file, which prohibits me from getting into Microsoft Word 2000. I

hot jobs. When I view the document in Word it is fine, but when I upload it

I have a big problem here. I don't know from when that whenever I click
Print Preview, and I find the font size in the Header becomes a bigger one. I
go back to the edit mode and check, the font shows in correct font size, but
the letters look bigger. What's wrong here?

With Word 2000 I had a filter installed that would allow inserting a dxf file
just as you would any photo. You could crop and enlarge with no loss of
resolution. Word 2003 seems not to support this. I tried installing the old

How do I add text that expands on an idea that can drop down and roll up like
the help arrows that you see in all MS help tables.
I want to add multiple drop downs within a document and have them rolled up
when done.
