I'm printing from Word to an HP printer. If I print for example fifty of one
document, close Word completely, go back into Word with a different document
the printer settings retain the fifty copies. If I don't notice it then
prints fifty copies when I only want one.

I want my normal font to be Arial 12.  I want my normal footer font to be
Arial 10.  How can I make the latter be the default for footer font size?

I use to use my keyboard kaystrokes -instead of using the toolbar - in an
outline and it would promote or demote with Tab or Shift Tab.  My keyboard
