I need to copy my TOC to a blank document in word without the hyperlinks.
When i do this just as a paste and it's printed, an error message appears
where the page numbers are. I've also tried copying as a "paste special" MS
office drawing object, however, my TOC overlaps on two ...

When I go to zoom to change the size there are three custom sizes. None of
the included sizes are correct and I want to set one of the custom sizes, but
I do not know how. Help! It's for my wedding invitations.

When i put in an equation in Word 2003 using the Equation Editor, it always
has a gray background fill.

        I am doing a Phd the subject of which is "Advanced electric guitar
technique"  Much of my thesis contains musical exercises i.  Anyway my
problem Im hoping someone can help me with is this;

I use the tracking changes extensivly to modify specifications.  There are
several people who make the changes and Word does a steller job of putting
each persons changes in their own color and taging it with there user name.  
This process is repeated several times.
