I accidently used highlighting on a heading style and now all those heading styles are highlighted. I can't seem to remove the highlighting from the Format Styles area. I don't see where it's set in format paragraph or borders, because I applied the highlighting from the toolbar. ...

I wasn't clear enough with my prior post -- Document A has been saved as a "protected" document; however, Jane opens the document as a "read only" document, makes changes and saves it as Document B. Jane then deletes Document A, then opens Document B and resaves it with the name ...

How do I force the outline toolbar NOT to show up when I am in Outline view in MS Word 2003? When I go to View/toolbars and uncheck it, it always comes back on when I am working on items in the Outline view. I cannot get rid of it....

For MS Word 2000, how do you do the non-breaking space, keeping 2 items from separating in text; i. e., October 26 or Form A, etc. The Shift+spacebar does not work, like in other version of Word.

The header is showing in the preview but will not print to our printer. This is on one of our printers. It prints correctly on the other printer.

When a drop down window opens up, like the "Open" window, and I when I click on the down arrow in the "Look In" box to go to a different folder, it takes 10 to 15 seconds to reacat, and if I click on it twice, I get a "not responding" message and the program closes. Any ideas?
