I have new AUTO TEXT that I want to easily select when I make a new footer.
The current header- footer toolbar has the usual selections (created on,
filename etc). I have created the new auto text in the regular auto text area
of word (insert> auto text > add) but don't know how ...

I want to send a document to someone else via email. but dont know how. How

When cutting and pasting from a document that is in 12 pt to a document that
is also 12 pt, the cut and pasted passage is changed to 14 pt.  I'm using
Word 2003 from Professional Edition 2003, academic edition.

I have noticed on my computer that when you open Word in a browser and you
have Word open at the same time, once you click back you go to Word instead
of to the previous page.

I recently installed Adobe 7.0.  After doing so, the word icon (and power
point, excel, etc.) went to a generic blue and white box.  I tried Restore,
but that gives me back the icons but Adobe goes away.  Do I need to

Alt-Tab doesn't work in my current version of Word (XP) and I have to use
CTRL-F6 to change from one document to another. How can this be fixed? (It
used to work on all my previous versions and still works on my computer at

When I try to open a template (in Word) by double clicking the icon it
doesn't open correctly.  It blinks.  When I open it by right clicking the
icon and then picking open it works OK.  How can I open it wy double
clicking.  

I'm trying to print a document showing markup. The result is that not all of
the paper is used to print, and there is a large gap at the bottom of the
page even though my page settings are on A4. Is it possible to print using
the full A4 page with markup?
