I have produced a Boolet of 16 pages in Word XP. I did get it to print
properly but every time I save it the next time I open it and print it
altenate pages print upside down.

I have a couple of questions
1/ I have paper copies of documents that need updating and to do so from
sctatch would take an age.Is there any way of scanning them as an image then
converting into a word document. I have tried the following-

Does anyone know how to get the plimsoll symbol in Word, in plain text as
well as in the equation editor? The plimsoll symbol is used in thermodynamic
equations, but I can't find it in any of the fonts available.

When I select a section of text using mouse or keyboard, I cannot change it
by typing text to replace or deleting it. I can still change to formatting,
but to change a section or word I have to delete it using backspace or del.
Is this a setting somewhere that I activated ...

I am looking to make a few simple signs, about 8 1/2 by 11"  or
standard copier paper size.  Nothing fancy, but I do want it to have
some large fonts and lots of colors.  Something on regualr copier paper
as these will be used indoors.

I have a 10-page form that requires some of the information repeating on each
page. At the moment, I have to fill it in by cutting and pasting each page!
I'm sure there must be an easier way to do it but I cant find it.

I have a table of contents with each category hyperlinked to its' section.  
Once I click on the hyperlink, how do I return to it, e.g. once I click on X
and I go to X section, I want to click on a button to return to the hyperlink
area (table of contents)

We must print up thousand of labels each month from an Excel file, some names

I have over100 photos that I am trying to insert but am having trouble with
them  jumping or floating around.
Can I set up 5 or 6 pages and then 'freeze'  (pdf ??) them  or ??

I recently converted to MS Office 2003.  I have hundreds of CONTACT addresses
that I previously used to pring envelopes in WORD.  Now it tells me that
OUTLOOK is not my default mail client and I cannot get those addresses

Hi,  I am trying to import a multipage tiff (fax of financial statements)
into a word document, as a series of images, one per page.  Word does not
seem to import a multipage tiff, only loading the first page.  Using Office
2003 suite.  Any ideas???  

In my Word docs, some of my pictures don't show up in any view despite the
Picture Placeholder box not being checked. It's odd: some pictures will show,
I'll swap views and others will show, switch back and still others show. I
can't detect a pattern but all of them never show.
