If a document has been edited by a number of people in track changes and you
receive the final copy.  After accepting the changes and saving/closing the
doc. is it possible to open it and recover the edits?  

I am trying to insert a table of contents for a document, but when I run the
ToC it starts at 2 instead of 1, any suggestions what I am doing wrong?  I
have re-marked the document 3 times with ToC markers and still it starts at 2.

Hello,  I created a TOC from multiple docs based on a tip from another post.  
But the  hyperlinks don't work.  There is no error or anything, just nothing
