All of a sudden quotes do not work with a single key press. They only appear
after I press another key. If I press the quote key twice, I get a double
quote. This happens in Notepad as well as Word. I assume other applications
may also be affected.

I downloaded the latest updates yesterday (12 April) after a notification

Specifilcally working with the equations.  Captions are very useful if I

I edited a document for a friend a while back and now I am stuck with a
style that I want to get rid of.  Any time I add bullets to an item it
automatically changes the font to times new roman and the style name to
"Normal bullet".

I have lost the row at top of Woed documents only which has file, view, tools
etc. on it. Could you please assist with how i get this row back?

This is in Word 2003(11.5604.5606).
When the user clicks on Insert, symbol and selects  a right arrow in
"Recently used symbols" a lower case "a" with a dot on top comes up instead
of a right arrow. The character code is 224. To the left of the character

had word '99 and clicking save or save as brought drop-down box but box
wouldn't function (froze) had to hit ctrl-Alt-Del to get rid of it.  
Installed Works Suite '06 with Word '02 and problem continues.
