Since a while ago, my MS Word 2002 (10.6775 SP3) and recently also MS Outlook
2002 (10.6515 SP3) started acting like frozen: on and after each mouse move -
attempting to retype or highlight a letter or a word - nothing happens up to
20 seconds.

I've chosen collate in the print option and it doesn't work.  Any ideas?

I have a large document that I need to create endnotes. How do you assign
more than one endnote to a section. For example if after a sentence I want to
refer to reference 2, 4, and 5 for that sentence, I would want it to look

I am merging data from a database to a Word document.  
I have to merge some names to a place in the document to look like this:
John Smith, Mary Smith, Bob Jones, Fred Jones, Jane Do

When copying items out of Word 2003 and pasting them into other applications
XML is getting insterted into the application that we are pasting into.  Can
we disable word from inserting XML when copying and item in word 2003?

When I tried to save a document today in Word and also Publisher, I was

Got a couple users who went all crazy with custom keyboard shortcuts.  We had
to rename his normal.dot and they're all gone now.  I can use the Organizer
to recover AutoText, toolbars and stuff, but I can't find the custom keyboard
shortcuts.

Does anyone have a letter template with "Sole Source" as topic (i.e, "I'm the
only outfit in town that services or sells this widget, and no one else can
invade my territory")?

I set up templates for my group.  I want them to be able to click file new
and it opens to the folder with the templates. Right now it opens up a blank
page.
