I need to create a document/template that is 10" wide by 7" high.  When I go
in to Page Setup, and choosing Custom Size and enter in those dimensions is
defaults to B5 with dimensions of 10.12" x 7.17".  My document (card) does
not print correctly at this default size.  How can I ...

I am trying to save work in word.  when I go to 'save as', word freezes and
will not respond. I have to ctrl, alt, del to end the programme.  This has
only started happening today. I have had the laptop for 2 years.  

Recently when I click on "Open" and try to open a folder I get "Open (not
Responding) .  If a file is in the drop down it will open when clicked on or
if I go to my Documents and choose it it will open.  This problem has just
arisen since 4/15/06.

I just started working with word 2003 but have coded with vba for a long
time.  On this new job I started I inherited a word template that I was asked
to add a command button, some drop down features and some textboxes.  My
question is: Everytime I complile and save the template ...

I have previously made headings with reverse type, or black fields with white
type.  How did I do this?

Word opens on a directory but won't let me change directory or use the "save

In Word 97 - opened a document created in Word XP and did not change any
titles, when XP reopens the same document the titles have changed colour.
Apparently this is because XP has a larger colour palette for fonts.  Can you
tell me if setting the save to only save using features ...

Here's what I want to do:
1.  Write a report concerning a specific incident
2.  Insert photos of the incident at the end of the document
3.  Add hyperlinks throughout the report that can transport readers

When I create & format a document using XP then open it with 97 my formatting
(underlines, numbering etc.)and heading syles change randomly.  How do I
prevent this from happening?

have Word 2003 - unable to open a saved document from My Documents - the
program locks up.  Am able to open it from Windows Explorer, however.  Have
done a repair from my software which didn't help.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm in a bit of a pickle.
I was working on a word document and deleted a lot of the content. I
then accidentally saved the file. Is there any way I can recover the
previous saved version??

Whenever I type the Y letter (well most of the times) like in the word "you",
I find the cursor moves to above line and the ou etc is typed above...
Tried all my antivirus anti parasite .... no good... please help!
