I need to type Q-1. (tab) and a question.  Underneath that I need to type
A-1. (tab) and the answer.  Underneath that I need this to continue, but
going to Q-2 and A-2, Q-3 and A-3, etc.  How do I do this?  I tried using
bullets (outline) but I don't know how to make it ...

When I am in Word, when I type the original text everything is fine.  The
spacebar adds space.  But if I need to go back into the text, if I press the

During a mail merge, I have a field code of DATE ,TOC in the body and Page
numbers in the footer.
Priror to the mail merge all fields are visable, and can be toggled.

loosing font formatting.  My source document is in Arial 11.  When I paste
text into new document, it comes out in Times 12.  The defaults for both
documents are set at Arial 11, so I can't understand why, ...
