When I enter an e-mail address in a Word document it changes it to a link, by making it blue and underlining. I'd just like it to be handled as standard text. How can I do this? Thanks

Have set Office Language settings, Normal.dot and even my spellchecker dictionary preference, but US English still appears alongside Australian English in the Language settings for each style. Both languages have ticks and an ABC sysmbol against them.

I generated a graph with GNUPLOT but it refuses to print on paper. I did, however succeed in making a ----.ps file but I do not know how to print it with windows XP.

I'm trying to write a document in Portuguese in Word, and Word is supposed to automatically detect the change of languages, but it doesn't seem to be doing it. I have a new computer, Word '03, etc, so everything is brand new. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

Is it possible for Word 2007 to recognize automatically files of previous versions, and also for Outlook to display them as a preview in the reading pane? So far I only get unredable stuff...
