Keywords and phrases appearing in blue are called?

Once I have a final version of a document, I would like to email the final
version, but do not want recepient to have access to tracked changes or
comments. Every time I open the document, it opens in the version with all
the changes. Is there a way to make the document final?

Am in a Word Doc and have set-to-view the Drawing tool bar.
I selected the "Arrow" button but all of the arrow options are greyed out.  
The same is true for most of the Other Drawing options.

I run W2000 under Win 2000 Pro.
We store as BMP files a bunch of "signatures" that we often
use on form letters.

What setting do I need to change to see a pasted print screen image on my
screen rather than an empty box.

I am trying to just do this by cutting and pasting and Excel is reformating
into different columns, etc.  Isn't their an easier way to do this?

I have a Word 97 document that, all of a sudden, stopped showing in normal
view, but does show on Webb and print view.  Even though I have it in print
view, it prints only blank pages.  I would appreciate help.  

I am working on an existing work manual. The table of contents is in total
disarray (page numbers incorrect, Chapters titles missing, need to add titles
etc..) the entire table of contents is hyperlinked, so it is difficult when
making changes, because when I click to edit ...

Using 2003 up-to-date
From the View menu, I selected the Toolbar Option box.
The toolbar did appear ... but the options for the Arrows, lines and many
other Drawing options are greyed out.

I've been given a Word document  with some sentences and words highlighted

I'm creating a form (it will be printed and filled out manually), and I'd
like to give them one of those AM/PM selections where the AM is on top and
the PM is on the bottom. Is there a font that has this as a character?
Alternatively, is there another way to create it?

All of a sudden my word 2000 does not open. I freezes up and I need to go to
manager to end it. I have run all the virus and ad ware scans and ever
searched for Normal.dot and found two and delited them . I downloaded all
updates and patches.  Any Ideas to try

I use WXP -home with MS Office professioanl 2003. I have new wireless
Microsoft keyboard, there are no lights nor other inicators to show when CAPS
LOCK key is engaged. On screen in MSWord small tage appears to say it is on
as you press it, then disappears - no other indication ...

My new computer has Works not Word.  Can I convert a doc file to wps file?
