I have rec'd a lease from a tenant of ours, and it looks like he tracked the
changes (which is what he is supposed to do) but when I tried to
reject/accept the change it asks "Accept/Reject changes for the whole doc"
which is not what I want to do.  So the change is I guess just ...

No matter what I do in Word 2003, if I print a single envelope, the address
prints vertically instead of horizontally. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to create a merged list from an Excel database into Word.
I want all the records to display one line after the other on the same page.
Right now Word puts the next record on another page.
I am sure there is a simple solution, but I have not had any luck finding

We have a Word document that has about 50 hyperlinks to PDF documents that
are saved on our server.  We need to burn the Word Document (our Index) to a
CD, but we need the hyperlinks to work on the CD as well (Essentially burning
all 50 PDFs and the Word Index.)

I saved a doc on a floppy. When I try to open virus scan runs and runs.  doc
does not open but i can open all other docs on the floppy.  have tried
pasting to hard drive but get error message file can't be sent.  any way of

Is there a way to edit an image in a calendar after you've written over it?
We use calendar and insert images on various places on the calendar.
Sometimes we want to go back and edit an image after we've written over it
but don't see an option do so.

I have an old verson of Word. In the latest version of Word, is index
creation software part of the program? If not, are there  index programs that
function with Word? I've written a long book that requires an extensive
index.  Doing it line by line would turn my hair gray.

I've just tried to open up an existing word document which has opened up OK.
However, the email toolbar has opened as well. This is significantly reducing
the screen size. I've tried to "reset" the toolbar but this has made no
difference. Any further suggestions would be helpful.

In writing reports with a lot of footnotes I find, despite what the
formatting choices show, that the superscript numbers are not separated by
commas.  E.g., instead of 14,15,16, I am getting 141516.  How do I correct
