When we attach a .doc file to an outlook message and the receiver opens it,
it goes into a print preview type screen with a document map. how do we set
it so the file is opened up in normal viewing?

When I try to scroll down a page in Word with the mouse wheel, the page goes
sideways not up and down.  This is just a recent change and I have not
changed any settings.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem please.
