In Word 2003 when I set up a Workgroup folder and alter the file locations to show that folder, it does not appear as tab in "New" templates display. Is there something I need to do to get this tab to display?

I have a marco that pulls information out of an Outlook form and creates an email out of it. I want to include some of the text as bold. Is there a way to do this. The text that needs to be bold is not that which is pulled from the form.

When I pull up a new or old document, I get a message at the bottom of the screen that reads," This modification is not allowed because this document is locked". I didn't lock any of my documents and I tried it with new documents, with the same result. How do I change this?
