We are a consulting firm with five users accessing Word 2003 on a remote Citrix application server over the Internet. All 5 users access the same version of Word on the server rather than their own machines. Is the fact that all users access the same normal.dot a problem?

I am using a heading and subheading in various chapters, typed exactly the same; however, the index heading is repeated for each chapter in the index rather than just one with the sections and page numbers under. For example, it looks like:

I just recently installed Microsoft 2003, but when I highlight a text and begin to type over it, the highlighted text does not delete and it's annoying me that I have to press the delete button every time instead of being able to highlight and press the backspace.
