When I print a document in Word , some lines are skipped, others print with only the top 1/3 of the text, some are ok. I am using Word 2003. Documents from other applications print okay.

I am trying to create a master document containing all the chapters for my thesis. I have a problem that the Heading numbering system in the master doc ignores the numbering in my seperate chapter files, e.g. 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 2.1 ..... Can anyone advise?
