I want to backup documents on a floppy but can't get the "A:\" drive to appear as an option on "Send to." I have added the A drive to "Send to" you get to from C to doc settings to user, but it doesn't work (tho it does on my WordPerfect!).

I have an additional question to the reply I received below. I was able to create a TOC using Heading Styles 1 through 3, and eliminate page numbering from Heading 1 by editing the TOC code thus: { TOC \o “1-3” \n 1-1 }

Several of us have tried to unravel this one. In the user's original document, the TOC (based on headings) appears correctly. We update the table to make sure it is so, and all is well. The document is saved and closed. The user then attaches the document to an Outlook e-mail form.
