I have hundreds of old documents created to Word for DOS (5.0).
How can I convert these so I can read and print them in Word 2003?

I changed the desktop font and size and now, no matter if I change it back,
the font in the style, font, type size and magnification menus of the Word &
Excel toolbars are in a peculiar, almost unreadable font.  What happened and
how can I change it back?

For Word 2003 and earlier versions there was Macros9.dot which enable
Autocorrect entries to be saved and then moved and copied ot other computers.
In 2007 it doesn't seem to work fully. By that I mean that it only accepts
the unformatted entries.

I created a macro to the toolbar and now when I click the macro button on the
toolbar it brings up the last lot of text that was cut or copied.  How do I
stop this from happening, ie to keep the original macro as it was.

When typing in a Word document and using the tab key, Word indents entire
paragraphs, lines, and such.  I don't want it to move any line other than the
one I tabed.  I have gone to tools - auto correct - auto format and auto
correct and deselected every thing.  It still auto ...

I was using an old document to bring the format over into a new document.  I
deleted the old text and replaced with new text.  Then I forgot what I was
doing and clicked Save instead of Save As.  Is there any way to get that old
document back?

What is the field code to place on an acronym and what is the code I use in
the TOC to call in the acronyms?

When I am typing a word document the page doesn't automatically move down so
although I can still type it goes of the end of the screen and I can't see
it. I can howver scroll with the mouse or arrow keys.

I was wondering why there are two shortcut keys for inserting symbols in
Microsoft Word?  One with Alt+numbers, and one with Alt+Ctrl+symbol.  It is
quite confusing to see one shortcut key in the list of symbols, and the other
