When I view the e-mail in my sent items (MS Outlook), the formatting is exactly how I want it to be, but the recipients version has extra spaces added where text has been formatted, or put into a list. I'm sending them in HTML format, so can't understand why this is happening.

Windows XP, Word 2003 I have created a TOC in a document, which looks great. But if I print it out, or go to print preview all the numbers in the TOC are the same, eg all showing page 3, not sequential.

Is there any way to sort the custom properties when creating them (ie via File - Properties - Custom), eg if you add extra properties and want to re-position them in the list of properties for the user to complete - instead of them just appearing at the end of the list.

I have tried unsuccessfully to create a macro that will place the words "COPY" diagonally on every page of a document (it will only go on the 1st two pages of a document) and then to print to the entire document to "uppertray".
