In a legal document I have been asked to prepare, the right quotation marks
are below the line, rather than at the top of  the word (where hte left
quotation marks are found).

When I open Word 2000 documents in 2003, 2003 applies formatting attributes
to the document which changes font sizes, etc.  Ex., the font size for a
Title is 16 in the original document and when opened in Word 2003 the font
size is 22.  How can I get 2003 to open 2000 documents ...

The ability to compose email and specify date and/or time to send would be
useful.
