When inserting images form file into a word document the file window opens
fine, but clicking on any iamge or navagting through folders take at least 2
minutes for any move.

I went into an old letter to use address etc. Inadvertantly saved new letter
without entering new details so I have overwritten old letter (great big long
one too!)
Is there any way I can retrieve the old letter?
