Any ideas? I want users to fill out the form using the tab or toggle buttons only. As it is, even when I protect the document only for form filling, hitting the enter key adds lines and screw up the formatting.

I was editing a document when my computer froze and had to be restarted. Now it says this document is locked by me, but I've tried everything I've seen suggested. It is activated, and its not protected, its just locked for editing. No one else on the network can access this ...

Somehow the thumbnail pane turned on in Word 2003. I see no Thumbnail entry in the View menu, and I don't see a way to close the thumbnail pane. I don't want it now, don't want it to open on startup, and don't want it until I explicitly summon it. I don't even know how it got ...

When I try to highlight multiple paragraphs in order to move text AND I get to the bottom or top of a viewable page ... the scrolling feature takes off --- speeding to the end or the beginning for the document highlighting all the way.

I'm working with a long Word document, and want to put a "return to top" hyperlink onto every page. I've tried putting it in a footer, but as it's then in the background, it can't be clicked on. Is there any other way of repeating text in the same place on every page? I'm in Word ...
