I have microsoft work word processor and when I turned my paper into my
teacher at my online school she said she can't open it because it's a .wps
and not a .doc. What's the differance?

I have about 50 names and addresses in a word document line by line, with

I want to create a form where, if you hover the mouse pointer over the form

MS Thesaurus Improperly classifies “Natty” as Worn-out et al. rather than
dapper and classy.  Not only are the synonyms wrong they are in fact accurate
antonyms for the word.

Can someone help me figure out how to send a document from word to be used as
a screen saver? I have a scripture I want to display as a screen saver. Or,
is there a way I can create a screensaver with my own format?

I've got Word 2003 on several computers and they have all slowed down
ridiculously getting into and out of Word.  One of the most irritating
problems comes when I try to shut down Word and have to go through a couple
windows asking if I want to keep the changes made to normal.dot ...

Can anyone tell me what to do when I lose or forget a password to a Word
Document?

I am unable to access a file through my floppy disc on drive a; When I try to
open it is says ' WORD FAILED READING FROM THIS FILE.PLEASE RESTORE THE
NETWORK CONNECTION OR REPLACE THE FLOPPY DISK AND RETRY.
The other option I have is as an AVAILABLE FILE under DOCUMENT RECOVERY

I have several pages of paragraphs with line lengths of about ten words.  
Each line ends with a "hard enter".  How do I delete the "enters" at one
time, rather than going in and removing each one?

When I print my document it does not look the same.  The font is smaller, and
the right margin is 2 1/2 inches.  My page setup is for 1" margins all the
way around.  I am in Normal View, have no scaling selected.  I cannot figure
out why it will not print the same.

The location for the templates is supposed to be set to a folder on our
network server.  It keeps the settings when closing and opening Word, but if
the computer is rebooted (even with Word closed) it resets to the default
folder on the C: drive.  Was ist los?

When we click paste, the "paste options" icon appears and we can choose
"keep source formatting" or "match destination formatting" or ......
Is there another way (other than repasting) to invoke this icon if it
disappears when I hit enter accidentally?

When I click to open Word, it says Word has encountered a problem and asks to
send an error report.  Following that it asks if I'd like to open in Safe
Mode.  It is the only way I can access Word.
