I am currently setting up a Word template.  
When I try to make some styles Arial, they are automatically changing to
Helvetica.

When I try to create an envelope using an address book entry it complains
that "Either there is no default mail client or the mail client cannot fulfil

I'd like to have a linked copy of a text e.g. 'text1' at another place in the

I get this error message when Word "crashes" on me, unexpectedly:

What does this mean, and how can I keep this from happening? I have long
documents I work on and this is very hazardous to my productivity!

I tend to create all bookmarks and cross-refs towards the end of the
document creation process and I feel that I have issues/problems with both.
I add bookmarks by:
-Selecting text.

I lost the ability to select left margin or Center on the tool bar.
