"Asian layout" has suddenly been added to the list under Format. Having no foreseeable reason to use this how do I delete it? Perhaps it arrived in an Update?

Is there a way to set different characters that the decimal tab lines up on in Word 2003? In Wordperfect you could for example change the align character to #, and then use a decimal tab so that all the #s on various lines (and only the #s)

I'm not sure how I did to change the default alignment of text in every new textbox. I created tabs (thumb indexes) in a document and aligned the text to vertical. I don't know if something I did while creating the thumb index overwrote the default but I can't seem to change ...

Does Office Online surplant the computer-based Word 2003? Does it support speech recognition? Why does it not recognize numpad based code, e.g. alt+129 = ü ? How do I switch back to Word 2003?

I edit a document from a sharepoint library with Word 2007. Someone else tries to edit it too. They get an error saying it's locked. I check out a document from a sharepoint library. Someone else tries to edit it. They get an error saying it's checked out.

I'm using a word document in word 2003 and adding comments to items in a table. The comments add OK but they are in a very small font. I there a way to increase the font and make the comment box larger.
