I am trying to format a document in which I want to make the first few words
of a paragraph a heading and then have it numbered.  I'd like it to look like:
4.1.2.1  Major Issues.  The major issues concerning....
With "Major Issues" the heading that gets numbered and then included ...

I have a new laptop purchased in Belgium.  My language is set to US English.
However, quotation marks seem to be formatted to convert vowels to German
umlauts.  E.g., Ä Ö Ü is the result of typing the quotation mark key followed
by the vowel, instead of showing a quotation mark.  ...

How can I create a frequency wordlist of a text? I know I can make a
concordance index, but that function only lists one appearance per page, no
matter how many appearances of the word. I only want to know which words in a
text are the most frequent ones.

Can someone please help me. I tryed to copy categories from the menueline
into my word document, and now four of them dissapeard. How can I possible
get them back? My menueline only contents four categories, and I need to find
back the toolbar, Tabell, Window and the Formatingbar ...

Hi, I have a quick question regarding object positioning. I am trying to
align an inline object (equation from MathType). By default, the object is
placed lower than the text, so the next line is pushed down with white space.
This is ugly, so is there a way to center the object ...

In word 2003 I have created *.txt -files containing swedish signs. When I
convert to a *.doc -file the swedish signs have been interpreted as japanese
signs. I use a macro to open the file in word and convert it to a word
document. Does anyone recognize this problem?

I do not want to use Document Imaging Format.  Every letter I type goes to be
saved. Want to print directly from Word, how do I remove Document imaging to
accomplish.

When I open a document in Word, it won't stop scrolling pages. Only does this
on my home computer, which is the same as my office computer. What's up with
this? How can i make it stop scrolling?

desktop taskbar alongside the time

Word 2003 had file search feature with different search criteria such as:
word in title, word in file name, date created, content in document, etc.
Does 2007 version have this? I can't seem to find it.

I have a question.
I want to put a string through VBA in Word, which has a "RTF Syntax" in a
Word document, but parsed, that is formatted.
I'll give you an example:

properties for Microsoft Word - it says the operation completed successfully.
It does not let me change the properties for my MS Word application - MS
