I've been looking everyone to insert a guide in MS Word and nothin
shows up. I've tried the help and nothing helpful. I've tried Googl
and nothing. I've tried searching this forum and nothing. So how do
insert the darn guide in MS Word

i was working on an english paper, and i copy and pasted something into a
blank document, and the menu bar disappeared. ive tried opening a new
document and other stuff. all that shows is the side scroll bar, and the top
and left rulers. heres an example...

Im trying to print out some business cards, on to some Avery 8371 pape
that I got at staples. Im having trouble lining them up on the paper
Is there like a template I need to download. Do I have to use microsof
word or is there somthing better. I have adobe and ms publisher as well

Here is what frustrates me. In MS Word 2007, if I choose the Page
Layout/Size/Envelope #10, the height is 9.5" and width is 4.12". What
kind of Envelop #10 uses that kind of heighth size? If I tried to flip
the size around in the Page Setup and the lable turned to Custom size.

I am having this annoying problem that when I type ' followed by a character

I am using Includetext to link to bookmarks in a separate file. The
bookmarks are section headings. I have managed to include the bookmarks
with the following field code:
INCLUDETEXT  "C:\\Shared\\Filename.doc" BkmarkName \!

I want to update the page numbers only in my Table of Contents field, since I
have
changed some of the formatting of the text. However, when I tell Word to
Update Field, it doesn't ask if I want to update entire field or page numbers

when I am in a middle of a doc, when I am just typing , suddenly my cursur
changes its place and goes up few lines. (sometimes when using shift and" but

I am looking to set up a hyperlinks to headings within the same document. at
present it seems that links take you to the location where the text was when
you set the link up, rather than the text itself. the document is a live

I am revising a document that someone else prepared a year ago, updating it
for the current year.  The doc is divided into three sections, with the page
numbering starting over at the beginning of each section.  The numbers
themselves are correct.  

For the first time in over 20 years of Word usage, I will be sending a
document out for review to two different people. Am I correct that I can use
the Document Revision tools to send it out to both of them at the same time?
