i have a 300 page word document that i would like to categorized concepts and
ideas. is there anyway to tag sentences or paragraphs with identifiers and
then do a search on the identifier, i.e. i would like to use tags like to use

We send out a .txt file  to our cilent. The text  file contains some

Hi, we are writing a requirements doc, with requirement numbers in-line

I found this macro that changes the endnote number to regular size
rather than superscript.  It works fine on documents that have already
been created with endnotes with regular numbers.

When a user writes a document in word, every time the user presses
'?' on the keyboard I would like a macro to start, is this
possible?
The macro will be running without the user knows about it.

I have 4 levels of TOC, but I want to only have page numbers on Level 3
I know you can add the switch to remove levels 1 and 2 { TOC \n 1-2 } but
how do you then tell it to remove level 4 but leave level 3.

I created a form in Word 2003.  Added text field boxes, some set to regular
text, some to numbers.  After protecting, and trying it out, I find the
"numbers only" fields don't pop up an "invalid character" message if I type
in letters or hyphens, etc., but just changes the field ...

I am trying to print a 13 pg document in Word 2007 bet, in the print layout
view it shows the document as it should be, with the text, images and tables
reaching the area it is set to reach, I have a background color for all
pages yet in print preview and when printing or saving ...

My aim is to develop a template in Word 2003 for a suite of documents in
