When we got a new pc with Wondows XP and a new printer, HP Deskjet 6940, we can no longer do banner printing like we could with WIN 98. Is there a driver difference or something? Any help would be great!

I know to change the font size on my computer by typing in a number and pressing ENTER, but today in MSWord it will not allow me to select the size font I want. I can only choose from the sizes listed. When I try to type in a new number it goes to the nearest size from the list ...

Using MS Word when I want to print an envelope the return address and forwarding address will not print at same time. Have to print envelope in two steps Any help appreciated

When creating sub documents from a master document, I lose all the styles in the sub documents including automatic heading numbering. Can someone pease help as the master documnet is large (a thesis) and includes many tables and is very slow to navigate as one document.

I have always been able to make the font size quite large in MSWord but today I can't make it any larger than the 72pt displayed in the menu. Have tried directly on toolbar as well as through Format - font menu. Don't know where to go from here!

Updating an internal manual causes some acceptance-issues, if you cannot tell the target people exactly what changed, as they are not going to read the whole thing over. Since I create a PDF from the word-doc, I cannot really send-out the all too complex

As I am writing a manual I would like to often insert some cross-references to other chaptors I just wrote. Going through the menu and dialog is very slow. I would like to just type-in the chapter# to reference to and hit a combo and it should insert the cross reference

I want to type out over 30 addresses to print out onto Avery 8860 labels. Is there a way for me to get two sheets of labels up on the same document since the template only allows spaces for 30. I am using Word 2000.
