I want to PRINT SCREEN while I am using a tutorial that came through an email.
I press PRINT SCREEN and nothing happens.
I press ALT + PRINT SCREEN  and nothing happens.

My word programme crashed while I was working on several documents
simultaneously. When it restarted, auto recovery bought back all but one of
the documents I had been working on. How do I recover that document as I had
done quite a lot of work on it before the crash?

I have text and then an autoshape (layout is in line with text) and more
text.  I insert a bookmark for the whole thing.  But when I insert a
cross-reference for the bookmark, the autoshape doesn't show up (although
there is a spaceholder or something there).  How can I fix this?
