I try to avoid the mouse as much as possible. Is there a way to select a sentence or paragraph using just the keyboard? And how can I create a single keystroke that inserts these three keystrokes -- [space][en dash][space]?

I am trying to create a macro that will delete all bold text using Edit and Replace. I create the Macro, but it does not work. I think it may have something to do with the dialog boxes that pop up after the replacements. Any advice?

Here's the deal: Making a newsletter using all text boxes. Everything prints fine, everything is viewable on the screen.. except ONE title that just won't print. I've tried remaking it a number of times. What are my possible options?

Is there a setting in WORD 2003 to open files in the same window? Every time I open a WORD file, the program opens again, consequently I have multiple WORD programs on my task bar.

Our Coporate office has numerous Word forms that won't print properly on my printer. The documents are protected and don't allow me to alter margins etc. Is there a way to protect a document and still allow users to change setttings like this? I'd like to know how so I can ...

I work for a BPO, we do formatting and inserting the information on the header and the page # at the bottom. Some times the header part can't be visible and even the cursor doesn't stops at that particular header. Apart from copying and pasting the pages, is there any other way ...

I've set my default font to Arial 10. All my documents now start out in that font. I've been told that this should also change the font in my text boxes, but they all come out in Times New Roman. Is there another way to change the default font for text boxes?

I work for a company that still uses Office 2000. I am experiencing Word 2000 difficulties in some files. When I replace an image (jpeg) it does not always hold that image but reverts back to the older image. Would upgrading to Office 2007 resolve the Word issue stated above?

I have a word document, it looks like blank but when i selects some area with mouse, it selects them and if i copy / paste that text to note pad, there is some text. But in word document nothing is visible, i changed all colors, text etc but nothing working.
