Word automatically bolds text whenever I:
- change a style
- use autotext

I find that dates of birth change when merging from an Excel database.

When formatting marks are activated, unlike the previous version (2003), the
Word 2007 shows an ‘inverted-P’ like marks in black, instead of an ‘enter’
like mark in gray in the Word 2003.

I've recently converted all company templates to the Word 2007 format and it
