On my PC, when in Windows Explorer, the icons that identiy Word documents
look exactly like the icons that identify folders.  So far, MS Support has
not been able to give me a solution to this.  In the old office, Word
documents popped us as little "W's".

Apologies if this seems like a silly question but it has been requested of me!
I have a userform with a mult-lined text box, when using the userform for
text entry to move down a line the user has to use the following key

We have a bunch of files where we have a header image called banner1 on some
of our policies.   This image is a linked image that I have within a 'images'
folder.
The path looks like this in word.

In the same document I want to highlight one or more paragraph from time to
time. This is to attract users to read the paragrah highlighted. I can't
achieve this by changing the text color.
Traditionally we do it by adding a "hightlighting bar" next to the paragrah.
