what tools to use making genograms?

i thought that it used be an option for Word to read your article back to you
in a synth voice.  I cannot find this option anymore.  Am I crazy, or did
they take away this option?

I just upgraded to Office 2007 from Office 2003 (running Windows XP SP2). I
prefer to view my Word documents with "Normal View" (now known as "Draft
View" in Word 2007) as opposed to "Print Layout view."
I understand how to change these views using the "Document Views" option.

I have a template I'm creating which requires just the author's last name
followed by the page number right-aligned in a header.
How can I have the template automatically input just the last name in the

I am trying to use Find and Replace to delete all strikethrough text
in a doc and replace it with nothing.
I try using the Find and Replace function for this by selecting

I need a common fixed width font that is narrow. Something much narrower than
Courier New. I have been using Arial Narrow but it is not fixed width.
