I hope someone can answer my question. I have a form that I developed for
work. I would like to be able to insert the information for this form on the
computer, but when I attempt to insert the info all of pre inserted info
moves with it and gets the whole form out of wack.

All the employee's in my company work from home.  For two of us, if we open a
file from someone else.  There is always a situation where a word with an
apostrophe s is changed to =S

  We have a word document that we use as a template. Pretty much all
the sentences in the document are autonumbered. At the end of the
document we have a summary section, as indicated below:

Is it possible to have Word automatically save a doc under a new filename
with a current date - time stamp automatically appear in the new filename.
