im a home PC user with Windows XP, using Office 2000 Standard. My version of Word 2003 is 9.0, but when i save a Word doc, even though i choose Word, it saves as a wordpad document. I'm set up for auto updates from Microsoft, so did i miss an update on a fix for this?

When using Track Changes in Word 2002, is it possible to display the insertion and deletion balloons at the same time? as far as i can see you can only display either a insertion balloon or deletion balloon. thanks

I want to track changes in a document. However, I can't get the font color to be other than an almost indiscernible gray, even when I try to get red under the font icon. What am I doing wrong that I can't choose the color that changes appear in under "Track Changes"?
