Can anyone provide any information? I have been using Word for several years

I keep getting a triple line extending across my document in Word 2007. The
top line is a solid thin line with a blank space the same size immediately

I used the pre-release version of Office 2007 for a brief time, but decided
to stick with 2003. I have installed the Compatibility Pack, but when I try
and open some of the Word files created using beta-Word 07, I get the error
message:

I put in ************* then pressed enter and it put a dividing line between
each of my paragraphs, how do I remove this?

   Months ago in Word someone setup my pc so that if I press Alt+L I it
goes straight to my labels. I think it was a macro but how do I go about
finding the location of this on my pc?

I am able to create email and attach several photos and get the request to
down size. When I try to do it again, I can only do it by using the "send to"
option which allows me to send only one at at time.
